Has anyone used the full manuscript review service?

I was just wondering if any of the community can recommend it. Obviously I have the accumulated points to get a discount, but they don't say who does their reviews. With other services you know who will look at your work and their background. Is this information supplied once you sign up for the service?

No i sadly havent that kind of money, I would like to try it if i did though. I dont really know much about it sorry :(

We have a number of editors working for us and the editor chosen for you depends on your genre and requirements. Future changes to the site will include a page with an introduction and biography for each editor but, in the mean time, we are very happy to take a look at your requirements and send you the details of the editor that would be matched to you, prior to you making a booking.
