Hello everyone , firstly I hope you are all keeping well and being creative.Â
Â
I am a screenwriter and have several scripts with known directors and producers with connections to Universal and Netflix etc. I sold seven scripts last month alone that are now making major offers of Hollywood stars. I am searching for an agent that can help me deal with contracts and get scripts to those that are unsolicited. I have done well getting contacts and scripts up till now but think it’s time to be represented.Â

Yes, you get assignment assistance for a low cost. Multiple platforms provide assignments and other academic assistance at affordable prices. Among others, one of the leading companies is British Assignments Help, to offer budget-friendly solutions. In addition, their writers have hands-on experience of years, so they never fail to deliver quality content.
Long story short - In Spring 2017 my 2yr old daughter gets cancer. My partner and I enrich her imagination throughout treatment to keep her spirits up.
Much of the silliness we concocted forms the basis for a picture book that I set to work on and, after 3 years, have now completed.
The book is designed to appeal to all kids, but to have extra meaning to kids in hospital (and their parents) giving them a little bit extra courage and hope.
If I have to self publish, I will. But I first want to try and get an agent, publisher, yadda, yadda.
After an absence of several years (due to a variety of causes, including having my e-mail account hacked - leading to TWO laptops being put out of commission; also a long trough in my bi[polarity ]cycle), I've returned to work... as a writer, an editor, a translator, and a publisher. My "publishing hut" is currently undergoing a complete make-over. It's "breaking and entering" into the digital market.
So here I am, back on W&As, as well. I'm keeping busy (there's lots of work in converting past titles into digital format), but I'll try to look in here now and then.
Hiya all. Does anyone know if Puppy Dogs and Ice Cream publishers for children's books is a self publishing house or mainstream. Tried to go into it but can't find out. Thanks
I have a few questions before I send any of my work to a literary agent.Â
Should all literary agents be part of the AAA?
Is there any advice about sending a picture book manuscript? I've read on separate LA pages that I will be required to send the whole book. Do I include notes about the characters/ settings etc or just the text in the story?Â
There's so many agents out there, so it's hard to know where to start. Any advice about sending a letter and manuscript will really be appreciated. Thank you so much, LoriÂ
I have written an article describing how this NAWE coaching can help writers weather the pandemic. Pease see 'Writing in Education', Winter 2020, issue 82.
I'm looking to get some projects published as children's books. A published author friend suggested getting WAYB so I bought the WAYB 2021 (via Amazon). Only after it arrived I realised there was also a CWAYB. I was wondering is there a major difference between the two in terms of resources and e.g. agent listings?

I have written and illustrated a children's book, now it is being proof read so by the end of the week I should be in a position to move on. The book needs ISBN numbers of course, Whichever publisher I would choose, say IngramSparks, they charge $49 to upload the files. What happens then? I can't see anywhere!Â
I am an avid writer/artist/illustrator. I have published books about philosophy in the past, and more recently written poetry, a compelling memoir, and quirky, colourful stories for children.  But, despite sending my work to publishers and agents continuously for the past 2 years plus, I simply cannot find anyone who will take me and my incessant creativity.Â
