self publishing platforms

I have decided to self publish my children's picture book and found an illustrator, which all seems to be going well so far. It feels like such a huge project as its my first time that I'm trying not to overwhelm myself (cos I'll end up telling myself that I can't do it) so for now I'm just looking at platforms to publish with. What do people think of Blurb/ Lulu/ Bookbaby/ Createpsace - in terms of services, pricing, speed, usability, ease for first time publishers?
I've heard that Createspace is 'on its way out'??

Any help is very very welcome! :)
Thank you so much in advance.

I self-published my pre-school children's book, it is a very difficult thing (and expensive) to do well. I would try and approach a traditional publisher if you can! There are many self-publishers out there like Matador and Hashtag Press, Rowanvale Books etc. Anyway, good luck!

Createspace is merged with Kindle Direct Publishing, now. I thought Lulu was expensive in comparison with others, but to be fair that was 12 years ago.
