Are there any restrictions on attending Writers & Artists events?
All W&A events are open to everyone aged 18 and over. You will not be admitted entry if you are under the age of 18. If you have questions regarding accessibility, please email us at email@example.com
What do I do if I've booked a place at an event and can no longer attend?
If you notify us at least one month (four weeks) before the start date of an event, we can offer you a full refund or exchange. If you are contacting us within one month of the event start date, the ticket price is non-refundable - although you can appoint someone else to attend in your stead.
Please alert us of a name change no less than one week before the event.
Standard VAT rates apply on all tickets purchased for a Writers & Artists event.
How will I receive my refund?
The account of the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the purchase price of the book(s) ordered, less postage and packing, unless the return is due to our error in which case postage and packing will also be refunded.
What if I have not received my refund?
If you do not receive credit for your return within four weeks (six weeks for import items), please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bloomsbury.com is not responsible for lost returns.
