Sophia is an experienced and imaginative editor with a five-year history providing editing, consulting and mentoring services to writers in a wide range of genres, with a particular focus on sci-fi, fantasy, crime, YA and MG.
Sophia has published five novels: Romanitas, an alternate history trilogy for adults (Orion/Gollancz) and two adventure/comedy sci-fi books for children, Mars Evacuees and Space Hostages (Egmont/Harper Collins). She has written Blake's 7 scripts for Big Finish, and various short stories for Solaris, Jurassic London, and Newcon Press. She is also translating two Italian novels for Tor.com
Sophia holds a degree and masters in English literature from Oxford University, and has worked as a lecturer in Creative Writing and Editing at the University of Bucks.
