Testimonials
"Eva's background as an art historian, kidlit author and East and an advocate for Southeast Asian representation was the perfect combination in a sensitivity reader and editor for my lower middle grade book. Her acumen at reviewing the text from a sensitivity read point of view, generated insightful feedback for moving the project forward in a considered manner. Thoroughly recommend her!" Lui Sit
"Eva Wong Nava provided an excellent service as our sensitivity reader and editor on my young middle grade series. She has a wide knowledge of Chinese cultural history and spotted a discrepancy regarding the design of a jade bracelet. My editors and I followed her advice to change the description, keeping it historically accurate. With Eva’s knowledge of Malaysian and Chinese culture and history, we were confident that the manuscript is stronger." Tania Tay (Crystal Sung) author of Spellcasters
"Eva has simply been wonderful to work with. I first enlisted her to copy edit my upcoming book. But over and above delivering that, she was generous in sharing, not just, editorial feedback but also advice, encouragement and industry insights. Because of that I went on to engage her for additional manuscript critique services, and look forward to working even more with her in the future." Daryl Kho, award-winning children's book author
"Working with Eva Wong Nava is always an incredible experience. She is not only a team player but also an expert in her field, with a solid commitment to meeting timelines. I’ve had the privilege of working with her both as a creative partner, illustrating her picture book stories, and as a collaborator in organizing visual story writing courses. Each time, I’ve been deeply impressed by her depth of knowledge, exceptional work ethic, and innovative thinking. Eva’s ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas and seamlessly turn them into actionable plans is truly inspiring." Debasmita Dasgupta, Graphic Novelist & Film Producer
