A quick note from the team in case you come across a 'Bad gateway' page while browsing writersandartists.co.uk
Our web development team is hard at work at the moment as we prepare to migrate servers. As a result, you may encounter a 'bad gateway' page when browsing using the site. This page is only appearing on an intermittent basis, making it entirely possible that you'll be able to use the site without it affecting your user experience.
However, if this page does appear then it's simply a case of refreshing your browser in order to continue using the site as normal. You can refresh your browser by either clicking the page refresh arrow (usually found at the top of your screen within your browser menu), or by pressing the CTRL, Shift + R buttons on your keyboard.
We're expecting server migration and all associated tasks to be complete within the next couple of weeks, and for this issue to be resolved as a result.
Thanks for your understanding, and do email the team if you have any queries or concerns on this matter.
Hi Sheaim,
I'm afraid it is unavoidable, but if you are having issues submitting your short story entry you can email it to us at [email protected] and we will confirm receipt!
Please, can you wait for a week for the big migrating movement. Because, the huge annual short story competition is at the last stage for submission before the Valentine's Day.
So, if someone encountered the "Bad Gateway" response when submitting their entries, it will cause the nervous worm writers quite a ton of anxiety.
So, be gentle...
