Can anyone advise me how to a acknowledge under bibliography or otherwise a song I cited (partly) in my book or a music tune from a film?

Unless it's really old (and even then not always) you can mention its title but not quote any lyric. If you do, Performing Rights will find you and subject you to all manner of legal threats. Really.

If you do want to quote a lyric - even one line, or a partial if the song's well known - it's best to find out what they would charge you for using it before you commit to print.

Best of luck :)
