Are you a defender of the novel in book form?

A hyperthetical question.

If you were told by an agent and publisher that your novel had the potential to be a best-seller. Would you want to prohibit kindle sales?

My book is about a man who makes his millions from the internet so it wouldn't make much sense for me to do that. I personally prefer a book but I my readers referred medium is their own choice.

I agree with JH. The pressure to convert a book to Kindle would be too great for any publisher to resist, anyhow - they make far more money per sale :(

I wouldn't want to prohibit Kindle sales but I would encourage people to buy the book. I prefer a book to having a Kindle. I like to see my library on the bookshelves and, where possible, get them signed by the author, I think it's more personal.
