Bio

I've just had the good news that a piece of my flash fiction is going to be published in a magazine. They've asked for a short bio for the magazine and their website. Just wondering if it's normally usual for this to be written in the third person?

Thank you both very much for your help. I don't like writing about myself but I think I've managed it...

Congratulations, Christina! Check the style they have used already for other writers, and copy it. Make it short and snappy - it will stick in people's minds when they see it again!

It's usually 3rd person present. '(The author) is a reluctant genius and dreams of making millions...' or suchlike :D
