Community writing game

Hi All,

I thought it would be a fun idea to start a community writing project here in the forum. All you have to do is think of the next sentence to follow the story. It can be any length of a sentence and can take any genre you like.

I'll start.

Unlike the woodmouse, the young girl was not so lucky; as she turned to flee her blonde hair caught his eye.

Blafur could see the end game was near as Lerajie hacked his way closer and closer to Hecate.

There was ripples starting in her spell field. One more push would do it.

The three demons that popped up in front of her where but a distraction to the great warrior Blakfur.

The distraction was enough for a hidden demon to plunge a black Sorcered Spear into her side punching through her enchanted chain mail.

As the life-force seeped out of Blakfur she hacked the demons away then turned and watched as Lerajie at last reached Hecate.

A death of an Immortal is always a sad day and Blakfur felt her many lives flowing out,

heading for the the Twisted Styx and the ferryman of great heroes.

As she died she cast her Rune Sword into the dark glowing pit behind Hecate .

Hecate shrugged and laughed and thought it was the last death throw of the fallen .

She turned now, to concentrate all her immense power on Lerajie.

The Rune Sword gleaming with the sparkling light of a thousand victories, beaten and formed in the ancient foundries of the Rune Maker Sword Kings of Korn-vall tumbled through the void.

And landed at the feet of a startled Field Rat and a Mongoose.
