Contracts

Hope someone can help the newb out. A contract not signed by the publisher. Is it legally binding? Thanks.

Replies

All parties concerned have to sign the document in order for it to be legally binding. Personally, I would get someone to look it over beforehand and have a good read of it myself before signing anything.

Don't see how it can be, Phil. It's just a written document on a piece of paper until someone agrees to it and endorses it with a signature. They have given no guarantee to abide by it until they have signed it.
