Do you have an editing plan, or do you try to edit everything you find that needs fixing?

When I write I just plow onwards, and then line edit the following day to pick out word repetitions, etc. When I finish 3 chapters, I'll go over them with a fine-toothed comb, and when I finish the book (!) I put it aside for at least a month and do something else, then come back to it and go over it again.
