Feedback please?

If anyone can face reading part of a story for (older) children, I'd really appreciate some feedback. 'The Gnarly Man' - Does it flow? What's annoying? Punctuation mistakes? Unrealistic dialogue? Anything that jars? Thanks in advance to those who can spare the time - I know there are a million other things to be doing at this time of year.

Sorry if my comments were of little use Sue. I did indicate I'm quite new to the whole editorial / proof reading scene. I found the text flowed easily.

James - public forum is fine because sometimes the responses are useful to others too.

Thank you if you get around to it & thank you to Heather too.
