I think your first move must be to get your novel translated into English. From the little I have seen of your writing - a couple of paragraphs - I would not advise you to try to do this yourself. Pay a professional translator to do the work for you. I take it your work is self-published, otherwise I would suggest you address you original question to your publisher.

In fact, i think my mail was not enough clear. My book is sold in France since august, it's a "real" book but I'd like to know how to make it known in other countries. Must I wait a potential success that could interest a publisher in UK or USA? I would like to know in fact if i have to translate it first in english and send it to a publisher just like a new writer.
I am a little bit lost, sorry!

Have you had a look at www.createspace.com - it's an Amazon run facility that enables you to sell your book all over the place.
It's worth spending ten or twenty minutes on the site to see if it's what you're after.
