Can your inbox (Service messages and community messages) get full? Is there a limit?
I am asking because I am expecting a message, yet it never came- Is it just because this person never replied?

I believe it's all right to delete old messages. I've been doing that for ages. If you are expecting a message and it never came, it would be wise for you to check your spam box. Sometimes the messages go into the spam box.
