Has anyone heard of Blue Moon Publishers (Canada)? Is it a vanity publisher? I tried to Google it, but not much information on their legitimacy.

Definitely, I will check out the link. Hmmm.... Maybe they're hiding something, so writer beware.
Perhaps they only give out information about themselves "once in a Blue Moon"?
They didn't appear on one of the beware sites, and on the second, the link to them was broken. I had a look, and they are non-committal on their website - couldn't really work out what they offered or how. This appears to be their normal play: see http://absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?308888-Blue-Moon-Publishers for more comments. It seems no-one can work them out, and no-one could find out who owned them either. Very odd all round.
