okay here I go, after receiving rejections from 20+ agents, mostly just rejections and few like from good agents were sweet rejections, one from Madeleine a famous agent also part of this website wrote " I saw a lot of potential here and I really admired your introductory letter" however she is not interested in fantasy anymore, the situation i getting real frustrated

so i need ur views here as u guys are the best writer buddy i have :)

i am personally thinking of either to visit beat the rejection service here which will cost me more than 3000$ and i am thinking of publishing my book through Strategic Book Publishers, they actually ask for money legally which is bad but according to them they have a history and moreover they have been to big book's fair including Frankfurt book fair

so what did you guys recommend?

Thanks for ur time :)

Hi Zohiab.

How confident are you that your manuscript is ready to submit to agents. Poorly presented submissions spell doom for an author. If your submissions have grammatical errors or weaknesses you will get rejections.

You should consider getting your manuscript looked over by a professional literary editor before you consider 'Beat The Rejection' or any other literary service.

The reason 20 agents did not like your manuscript is not because the genre is fantasy.

There are many agents that do accept fantasy novels. If you have not researched agents websites, to see if they take fantasy novels you will get rejections. Have you been submitting to agents that accept fantasy?

I would not get involved with any agent that asks for a readers fee, or any publisher that asks for money to publish a novel. That is vanity publishing in another guise. I strongly advise you not to sign any such agreement out of desperation to be published. If you do you will regret it.

Many want-to-be authors have done that. Later, they have been mortified to find out they have been badly exploited. The publisher takes no financial risks and stands to gain the most.

Most want-to-be authors will sign anything in their excitement or desperation to be published. It is imperative to have any contract offered looked over by a legal expert. That safeguard will ensure that an author does not sign all their rights away

I hope that helps.

Don't give up on your dream.

Good luck.

Hi Zohaib,

Just to avoid confusion, the Beat the Rejection Clinic service is £199. Do you have a long way to travel?
