Historical Fiction Competition= closing date midnight

I know this closes at midnight. Can I write about a real person and am I allowed to put any facts in it.

Replies

Yes and yes. Real people are good, so long as they're written as history has judged them unless you have the research to back up an alternative viewpoint. And I'd say facts are pretty much essential background, unless it's historical fantasy.
