I would research the agents website to check what range of books, age groups and genres they represent. Check their client list of published authors. Now you will know what types of novels interest them. I sincerely hope you have picked an agent that deals in your genre.
I wouldn't be to concerned about asking them questions because this is your big chance to impress. Save your questions until after you have finished your mini- presentation.
Tell them what your novel is about in a sentence. (What drives the protagonist, what does he/she hope to achieve by the end of the novel, and whether he/she achieves their aims, fails to achieve their ambitions, or is partially successful.
Tell them in what genre it is written, how many words and what target audience/age group it is aimed at.
If you have already researched the agent, tell them why you chose them.
Agents also like to hear that an intends to write more than one novel.
Oops, that should have read, agents also like to hear that an author intends to write more than one novel.
