You both raised valuable points and I will keep building on your wonderful and thoughtful advice.
When it comes to Jimmy Hollis D Jackson, He is fault finder and most times fault finders are NO DO WELLS just like UN, NATO and their coward bully cronies. These groups of people never think they will ever make mistake and they bully others and ask DIRTY UN FOR THEIR BLOODY RESOLUTION.
Some times caps occur out of oversight.

I get the feeling - intuition only - that these days, publishers like to see how well our self-published books are doing out there and then jump on the band wagon.
I say Jimmy, that doesn't sound like you having a go at someone looking for help, it could stop them asking again and hinder their progression. I have made the mistake of leaving caps on and not looked until have finished typing, then thought time I don't have time to go back and correct it, and posted anyway hoping for understanding, but just as a mistake. it's not like you at all. This is no a criticism, just an observation on someone who normally loves to help.
