I checked Kindle's website for digital publishing. Went through the FAQs and guide, but couldn't locate information for 'supplementary' queries. I hope someone can help.
Rights/Availability: Which option does the writer select? Worldwide/ select all, or Individual territories? I presume worldwide.
Royalties: do we select 70% or 35%
Pricing: How much? GBP2.99, 3.99, 4.99, 5.99,etc? for a work of fiction, with no illustrations.

The place for this question is Kindle's forums. There are loads of people who have published many times and are happy to help those new to Kindle. However, I would choose the option that keeps me in the 70 percent royalties but perhaps sign up to Kindle Select for a little extra help.
