If you don't want to buy it (neither on-line digital version [quicker for searching "television" + "agent", etc.] nor the paper version), a [large] library should have the paper version. (It might be an older edition.)
Nobody can KNOW of an agent who WOULD represent you. You might get some suggestions, but YOU've got to convince the agent to take you on.
Their might be another publication specialising in agents for television work. Ask at your library.
