Meltdown :- O

by David Foster

I achieved about 8 hours of editing yesterday and have already done 7 hours of continuity work today...

Brain is cooking a bit.

Any (legal and non-painful) suggestions for great ways to refrigerate the brain while still keeping working?

When I was abroad I used to take a turn about the garden after a few hours. It reminded my body my legs still needed a blood supply, made me breathe just a little deeper and sometimes even helped me see what I was writing from a different POV.

I live in Cardiff now. I worry for my legs.
