I’m exploring whether there might be interest in using my holiday let in the seaside town of Tywyn, West Wales, at the foot of Snowdonia National Park, for a month-long winter stay.
It’s perfect for anyone looking for a quiet place to work, find inspiration, rest, reset, or just a change of scenery.
The house is a large Victorian terrace with:
- 5 bedrooms,
- Central to the town, train station and short walk from the beach,
A 'guest favourite' on Airbnb with over 190 reviews.
I’m proposing:
- £650 per person for the full month in February or March 2026, with a minimum of 5 people needed for the stay to go ahead.
Alternatively, £3,000 for the whole house (based on 5 people sharing), with £200 per additional guest. This is ideal for a small group wanting private use of the house.
