well am i mature enough to write as i think, mainly because i am just 14 years old , and i am in knee deep stress as though i am mature enough to write and will the readers be interested in my work or even my work is readable!

My first published piece was written and published when I was eleven. This made me think that writing was an easy way to make money! Little did I know. However the writing 'bug' has never left me and I have done so sporadically throughout my life. Now as a retiree I find I have more time for it, and more experience in life which makes writing richer. But start at any age and don't ever give up.
There really are no restrictions to being a writer, but depending on the reader you are aiming for you may need to study language a little more deeply. If you are aiming for readers of your own age (or near) then you may find the way you naturally speak/write works well for you.
For now, I'd suggest you write whenever you feel the need to write and let your work progress naturally.
