My thanks to Lorraine. Yep Lorraine you were correct about needing permission to use Professor or Doctor as he was then Barnard's name. I am waiting for a reply from the family member who deals with these permissions. I had to go a roundabout way to track him down. The people who administer the estate were very helpful and I had a reply this morning letting me know he had been dragged into my life!!! I suppose I had better ask the same question of the late H.G. Wells estate. I do hope they say yes, if they don't two chapters will disappear in the spiral that is time travel lol. Thank you. Regards Paul G
