Heya, I'm an aspiring writer from Aland, Finland. I write in English (have done BA and MA degrees in a UK university, so am confident in my command of the language), but haven't published a book yet (have published 2 newsletter articles, though). Do the British literary agents and/or publishers accept scripts in English from outside the UK?

An agent or publisher in the UK will accept anything they think is going to make them money.
If you have something ready to send, make sure you check on their website first to be certain they will deal with whatever genre you aim to write in/for, and also what they want from you - maybe the first three chapters, an overall synopsis and a brief history of yourself as an example.
You can check on this site in the listings tab to find agents an publishers who will deal with your subject.
