4. Don't talk dirty. We want to keep things clean, which means no swear words, no vulgar comments, no sexually explicit language

Oh dear. I work with squaddies ... and my work (to add realism) has to have this kind of language in it. Is this going to present a problem? Or do I have to put **'s in wherever there's a word that some may deem offensive?

I also think this is referring to comments and questions. They don't want people swearing at other people on the comments.

If your work has such language, then I would assume it would be because it is needed. I had a work that had the occasional swear word and I never had a problem, but I think what Victoria said is very wise and it should be done.

If the work will have extensive use of such language, then perhaps a warning at the beginning of the story will help avoid any unnecessary conflict. I personally don’t mind the use of such language, but because others might, a warning at the start should be sufficient to warn those people to not continue and read the story.

Pretty sure that's referring to comments and questions. Perhaps admin could clarify that for us. Either way, if your work has that much language, perhaps a warning at the top of the page wouldn't go amiss.
