Thank you Jonathan I managed it in the end, but does anyone read them when they are there? I doubt it.

Did you delete your old post first? I used to find you couldn't just highlight the previous piece and paste over the top. The best method is actually to delete, then refresh the page before re-posting.
It is a pain, though :( Best of luck :)
