What do you prefer to write, not just genre but type of writing aswell for example poems and novels?

My stories are generally run of the mill 'life' stories, with a twist of the supernatural thrown in (see my current posting as an example). Even though I have done straight horror, a little comedy, and straight drama, it is always the life/supernatural story that I return to. My poetry is very mood inspired, so there's a fair amount on lost love, depression, loneliness etc...
