If you have finished editing and refining your work until it is a perfect specimen, then you have three options.
You can send it to an agent and hope they see it as worthy enough for them to invest their time in helping you get it published.
You can send it straight to the publisher yourself, but this is not usually recommended as most publishers won't accept unsolicited manuscripts.
Or you can self publish if you have the money to pay for it.
Personally I think the best option is to send it to an agent and hope they like it, if they don't send it to another and another until one of them takes you on as a client.
