I'm no expert on this but I would say why not? If the piece is something you want criticism on or just want people to enjoy how talented you are with words then go ahead and upload it onto shared work. I'll be sure to check it out. So my advise here is that poetry is a form of writing and this is a writing website after all so go ahead :)
Only just noticed that the overview has already over-published an an indefinite article.
Just found the overview that states, "Publish an an article, chapter or short story of up to 3,000 words and get feedback from fellow writers..."
I best play by the rules. Now, which article to publish, definite or indefinite? Hmm...
