Someone else asked this same question a few weeks ago, as I recall the answer is no, it doesn't count as being published as this is a membership site,so not "public" as in the sense anyone can read it. I can't remember who answered the question but if you care to take a look at back posts you will find it.

I wouldn't think so. Posting it here doesn't necessarily make it a published work, though anything you post automatically belongs to you in terms of copyright.
