Paul, I always get confused when I read Qs like this. Where am I supposed to go to read your cover letter? Is it on "shared work" or is there another corner of W&A that I haven't discovered yet? In either case, could you post a the URL here?

Thank you for getting back to my request so quickly, it is appreciated and I take on board your comments. As I said I am still working on it trying to make it sound not too amateurish. We have to give em so much and go easy on the verbiage.
