Has the submission deadline passed?
I mean is the deadline midnight of Sunday 15 February, the midnight transition from Saturday the 14th to Sunday, or tonight midnight when Sunday 15th becomes Monday the 16th on the clock, and does that mean technically saying "today at midnight" is wrong?
