synopsis

Hi, everyone,

I am starting to write a concise synopsis to accompany my completed travelogue. I'm not sure whether to write it in the first person or third person.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Susanne

Thanks Victoria,

Yes, I understand that as it is personal to me then it should be narrated as that.

Thanks Jonathan,

I know what you mean, they are difficult! I'm also aware that I should really 'sell' the book as well as outlining the chapters.

Here goes ;-)

I would agree with that. A travelogue is carried by the personality of the narrator and that same personality should shine through in the synopsis. After all, that is what you're selling.
