Hi,

I need to compose a 600 word synopsis, how detailed should this be?

Do I need to include all of my stories twists?

Any help would be apreciated.

Many Thanks

You must include all the important plot twists/landmarks and the novel ending.

Avoid chapter breakdowns, or paragraphs of 5 or 6 lines to describe a single plot twist.

I suggest you experiment by trying to describe each chapter plot twist in a few sentences. Then blend them into 600 words.

I tried many times to cut my synopsis down to the required amount and found the only way to do it was to write the minimum in just a few very short statements.

"I was born; something traumatic happened; I forgot it happened; I was an unsuccessful suicide; I lived with PTSD for 40 years before I got listened to; I got listened to; I remembered the bad things that happened; I got better."

then just expanded those statements.

You'll have to read the book to get to know any more.
