Does anyone know where I'm to start? Any hints, tips, advice, links to sites, contacts will be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance - Stacey.

Why turn a diary into a book? I don't think it will be interesting to anyone. Only if you don't try to rewrite it so that it's readable.

How about turning your travel journal into a fiction book? This is what I did with my black comedy novel, 'The Broken Boots Guide to Astlavonia', which is set in a fictional country called Astlavonia where daggers are used to settle disputes. It's based on my experiences of living and working in Greece, Estonia, Japan and Oman, and wondering whether it was possible to fully integrate into a foreign country.
