Hi, I was thinking of buying the 2016 Writers & Artists yearbook but noticed it was published in August 2015. Should I wait for the 2017 which I presume will be for sale in August?
By the way, if you go to 'Listings' in the red banner above, you can subscribe to an online version of W&A for £19.99 p.a., which may be more up to date (though it only shows the 2016 yearbook cover). You could contact Bloomsbury first and ask.
I went looking for this under 'Shop' and couldn't find it; not terribly helpful to put it under 'Listings'!
I'd wait, EE. The problem with any publication like this is that info can go out of date before publication. Even when the new book comes out later this year, and according to Amazon that's on 28th July, it will still be necessary to check the website of every entry that interests you in case the company/periodical has ceased business in the meantime. You may as well get the most up-to-date version you can. In the meantime, does your library have a copy (if you still have a library, but that's another story)?
Thanks Lorraine, I was thinking the same thing.
