Which do I choose?

I have written two first chapters for the same story I think I like both of them but now I'm struggling to decide which one I should use. They are both totally different beginnings and depending on which I go with will determine how the story line continues. Stuck again!

ask your family and friends what they think of them. go with both of them to see where your creativity takes you, then you can find which one your prefer. choose the one you feel the most passionate about and that fills you with the excitement to write.

I would be tempted to run with each of them and see where they take me. You might then really get into one and not the other, might find one of them grinds to a halt, or you might take flight with one and still have the other waiting as a future project. In the end it will be the one that fills you with creative energy & enthusiasm that you will opt for.
