I have a question about the eligibility of people living outside the UK entering writing competitions on this website. Can contestants based outside of the UK register for and enter online writing competitions? I am Canadian, living in Dubai, UAE. Hi Renee. Thank you for your reply. I had read the rules previously and my question was with regards to the statement: "open to all ages, professions and nationalities." Does that mean all nationalities, regardless of whether or not they live in the UK? Or all nationalities but must be residents in the UK?
