CMYK
CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is the colour space for printed materials.
Design
When features of the book including the cover, interior artwork, images, the page layout and typesetting are decided.
RGB
RGB (Red, Green and Blue) is the colour space for digital images. The RGB colour mode is normally used for a design if it is going to be displayed on any kind of screen.
Stock images
Licensed pre-existing images that cover a wide variety of scenes, items, people and places are often available through searchable online databases.
