Are you submitting your writing to literary journals and anthologies?
In this online masterclass, a panel of literary journal and anthology editors will be delving into everything you need to know about submitting your work for the greatest chance of success. They will be covering where to submit, looking at doing your research, finding the right anthologies and journals for your work, and knowing where callouts are posted. They will also explore how to submit from the importance of following submission guidelines to getting your writing submission ready. Plus they will talk about their own upcoming submission opportunities and what excites them in a submission.
The session will end with a brief Q&A, so come ready with your questions.
The masterclass will take place online via Teams. It will also be recorded so if you are unable to attend live, you'll be able to catch-up and access the recording for up to two weeks after the event has taken place.

Throughout this one-hour lunchtime session they will discuss how to identify the right anthologies and journals for your work, share knowledge about where to look for callouts, and cover the practicalities of submitting your work, from the importance of following submission guidelines through to making sure your writing is submission-ready. They will also talk about their own upcoming submission opportunities and what excites them in a submission.
