Writing Relationships
We are really looking forward to welcoming you to ‘Writing Relationships’ with Claire Daverley.
Whether you are writing literary fiction or romantasy, fairy tale endings or tragic heartbreaks, romantic relationships are at the heart of so many stories - and indeed, form some of the best stories of all time.
Globally-selling author Claire Daverley (Talking at Night) will be exploring how to put romantic relationships onto the page in this online masterclass. She’ll share her insight into how you might forge a connection between two people, and how you might bring them together or keep them apart for the duration of a novel. Claire will ask you to consider character, dialogue, genre and the power of detail to conjure an intimacy that feels authentic. And she’ll leave you with the tools to return to your own writing, feeling more confident about what kind of love story it is that you want to write.
Finally, Claire will share her journey to publication, and any advice she has for writers looking to take a step in that direction.
