A Whisper in my Ear

A whisper in my ear,

Fill the breeze with sighs,

How it sells, the brief of Life!

Fair in sight of dark sky.

A voice sends up high;

Leaps to slake the defies,

What brings shy to thee?

The flawed prone to flee.

Lure the light to thee;

Skews will fade to see,

Seek the fair to sight;

Sell the whisper to right.

A whisper of unkind in my ear,

Fair for the hostile eyes to sneer;

Fills the breeze with mists of sighs,

How it tells, the brief of Life!

Call the voice in the midst of fear;

Clear the fog of despair and tears,

Make the storm of glee and cheer,

Life does fair when hope stays near.

Gay upon the whisper of joy

Share the brief of kind alloy
