Do you read books, or do you prefer to use a Kindle?

I prefer to have a book in my hands rather than a kindle. I have a kindle hidden away somewhere, an unused gift from a friend. But I love the smell and feel of books. I am attracted to friends’ bookshelves when I walk into their homes. Their books are a conversation starter. I’m drawn to charity shops to add books to my bulging bookcases and sagging shelves. Just looking at them encourages me to read. A Kindle just doesn't have the same affect. I love books.

books, books and more books and maybe my pc. .

I do believe I have some form of electric aura which means everything that enters my house by any means, if it is electric in any way, it's days are numbered. So no kindle, even my pc has its moments, the TV goes off when it feels like it and the phone rings often and no on is there, though that may be due to something else.

This aura is to do with being pumped full of electric shocks when I was a teenager.

Kindle's really handy for downloading old texts, or if you're travelling. But there's something about paper and board, apart from the storage downside...
