Just wondering if anybody's commenting on posted work at the mo' ? Or are we all glued to the Olympics?
I'd really appreciate some constructive comments - anyhing - good, bad or even ugly - bit worried that my new first chap' is a bit long winded - so if anyone's got a spare five minutes I'd really appreciate it:):):)
cheers

Thank you, I will take a look, and I hope Penny will consider putting her work back on here, and you too. We all need to be supportive towards each other. I personally would even see negative comments on my work as 'supportive' to a degree because I want to hear the good with the bad. it is only then that I will be able to get a true picture of what my work means to different people.
...Oh, I almost forgot... for those of you who couldn't remember - it was called "The Salty Folk of Anchoy Vs. the State of Mankind!
:)
....Hello all,
Seems that everything's got a bit mad - probably a good time to put this discussion to sleep, eh?
....Thanks for the comments, I really do appreciate them!
And...with reference to Barry Ridgers question; re: the size of Isi' Weed: was she a (teeny-tiny-tot - or not?).
Well...as I see it, Isi was quite a bit taller than a 'Shetland pony' and quite a lot smaller than an 'Italian stallion' - so take your pick!
She has a Merrow background (Mermaid/Merman), and her family have inherited the Shapeshifting talents of their ancestors, hence the transformation of the seagulls into men (chapter two).
This is not actually explained until the second chapter, but, and because of your comments, I have made the amendments, and hopefully, as soon as I think it's worthy, I'll post the 'new' and 'improved' piece, once again.
cheers
Penny
