It's non-fiction, done 26,638 words in Times New Roman size 8, but i've added a few photo's aswell on appx 4 pages..
It depends on what sort of book, fiction, non-fiction, what genre if it is fiction. As a rule of thumb, a standard fiction book runs at approx 80,000 - 100,000 words. They are measured by word count rather than pages, as that will depend on page size, font size, etc.
