Has anyone had any dealings with a US publishing company, 'Publishers Weekly-Select' in regards to getting their self-published books reviewed?
More to the point, when writing to PW-Select has anyone had a personal reply?
PW-Select having not reviewed my book didn't bother to email me to say why. I am NOT looking for praise just a simple answer.
I've written several emails to these people but to NO AVAIL.
To me, this is very odd indeed and shows a total lack of respect.
I don;t know the company, so can't help directly, but I found this, which may answer your question:

Have you read their terms and conditions closely, Roy? If you have and they are in default, you have cause for complaint citing the condition they have breached. If you have paid for a service which guarantees a review and had no response, they are in breach of contract. Do they give a timescale in which they will review anything sent to them, and have they passed that?
Do be certain that you have checked thoroughly first, and understood their rules.
Having never heard of the company you have, and I use this term lightly as you have had no response, "used" I cannot comment, but my only question is... how much have they taken you for?
Hopefully very little regards Paul.
